The Fak'ugesi design in the Tshimologong Precinct is a testament to honouring the precinct's original Tswana roots. By integrating Tswana culture, the design becomes a living tribute to the heritage of the area. It goes beyond aesthetics, embodying a commitment to acknowledging humble beginnings and fostering a collaborative workspace where diverse communities, both working separately and together, contribute to a dynamic and inclusive office environment. The area is designed to accommodate both permanent and temporary staff, fostering inclusivity. Drawing inspiration from Tswana cultural village hierarchy, the space is thoughtfully divided. This separation reflects cultural nuances, ensuring an environment that respects tradition while promoting a sense of community. Each section harmoniously coexists, symbolising unity and shared experiences within the diverse workforce that utilises the area.
